She uses a research- and patient/frontline voice-driven approach to identify sustainable transformation opportunities that remove unnecessary burden from systems and protect and elevate sacred healing relationships. Her experience spans clinical and administrative process improvement for hospitals and health systems and customer experience for insurers and health plans - always with people at the center.
